SKETCH

This SKETCH cup is hand painted with sketchbook drawings from my walks in the city, it celebrates the little ideas which might seem like nothing, but are actually worth celebrating!

All tableware is thrown on the wheel using white stoneware clay which is hand recycled by me in my London studio. The piece is thrown, a handle attached, painted, fired, glazed and fired to 1240 degrees celsius, which makes it strong and dishwasher proof.

Each piece is unique and will vary, reflecting the making process and the gestural marks of this design.
